Apply as a Stallholder

Please Note:

• All stallholders are required to hold current Public Liability Insurance.

• Chairs are available onsite and may be used at your stall if required.

• All outdoor stalls must bring a marquee along with suitable weights, as setup is on an asphalted area.

• There are limited tables available, so please bring everything you need for your setup.

• Onsite parking is available, with close access for unloading.

• Indoor stall setup is available on Friday evening from 5pm to 8pm. Please note: all items are left at the owner’s own risk.

• Outdoor stalls are required to pack up daily.

• Setup on Saturday and Sunday is available from 7am, with trading commencing at 9am.

• Once accepted, payment of your invoice is due within 3 days. Unpaid invoices will result in your spot being offered to the waitlist.

• A raffle will be held to raise funds for charity. We kindly ask each business to donate a prize towards the raffle. In return, you will receive all names and email addresses to grow your mailing list.
